RETURN POLICY

We take pride that our jewelry is produced with the highest standards of quality and excellence.
Within 14 days we are happy to receive any return of an item or items, if for some reason the item did not meet your expectations
When returning item please send us the Tracking number or Confirmation by contacting us at [email protected] so we can issue a refund.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
However, the return item must be in the same condition as it was delivered.  If for any reason the piece was worn, altered, or changed in any way, shape of form, we reserve the right to refuse accepting such item and therefore cannot refund any money. NO QUESTIONS ASKED!
 SPECIAL ORDERS and CUSTOM DESIGNS All special order items are non-refundable. Special orders are items that are created at the request of the customer and to the customer's specifications. In the event that a customer commissions a special order item all sales are considered final and non-returnable once the merchandise has been shipped to the customer.

Note: When ordering rings, baracelets, or any other items. Please specify the size so that we can deliver the size you order. We can not take back items that were order in the wrong size.
Return Process:
1. Package Your Return. Include all original packaging and collateral material. For your security, do not indicate the contents of the package on the outside of the box.
2. Ship The Package. Return the package to us insured for the full purchase price and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached kassowjewelers. Make sure your name and address are clearly printed on the outside of the package, and mail it to:
